For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, perfumes that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns are only accepted if the product is delivered damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item.
If your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Exchanges

Order Cancellations
